Dr. Tamika Hudson, Principal Consultant
Dr. Tamika Hudson is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Equity Diagnostic. She has over 20 years of experience in health care and business sectors working for organizations such as Merck, Inc., Vanderbilt University, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Johnson and Johnson. Serving within leadership capacities at many of these organizations allowed her to be a part of critical conversations regarding workplace culture and outcomes of organizations that lack inclusive practices. She is an international speaker and author on DEIB and healthy workplace environments.
As a nurse practitioner and professor, Dr. Hudson's approach to client assessment is similar to how she's cared for patients and students over the years. Every organization is unique requiring a comprehensive assessment, analysis, and strategic planning to best determine sustainable interventions.
